Return Policy:

We want you to love your pickleball gear! If you’re not 100% satisfied with your purchase, we’re here to help.

Eligibility for Returns:

  • Items must be returned within 30 days of the delivery date.
  • Products must be unused, in their original packaging, and include all tags and accessories.
  • Custom or personalized items are not eligible for returns unless defective.
  • Gift cards and final sale items are non-returnable.

Steps for Returning an Item

  1. Contact Us: Start your return by contacting our Customer Care team at customercare@pickleballcorner.ca
  2. Get a Return Label: We’ll provide a prepaid shipping label for your return (fees may apply).
  3. Package and Ship: Pack the item securely to avoid damage during shipping. Attach the return label and drop it off at your nearest shipping carrier.

Refunds:

  • Once we receive your return, we’ll inspect it and process your refund within 7-10 business days.
  • Refunds will be issued to your original payment method. Shipping fees are non-refundable.

Exchanges:

Want a different size or color? Simply return the original item and place a new order for the desired product.

Defective or Damaged Items:

If your item arrives defective or damaged, please contact us within 7 days of delivery. We’ll arrange for a replacement or refund at no additional cost to you.
